The popular social media mini-blog site – Twitter – has filed the initial paperwork to become a publicly traded company.
The IPO, or Initial Public Offering, comes after social media giant – Facebook – which came out-of-the gate like a lame horse, before picking itself out of the Wall Street gutter.
There has been no news of numbers as of now, but I will bring you more as it comes.
