S&P/Case Shiller Index Reports Home Prices Fall In November

Home prices in 20 major U.S. metropolitan areas fell by 0.2 percent in November from the month prior on a non-seasonally adjusted basis. The closely-watched S&P/Case Shiller composite index is up 4.3 percent from the year prior.

The gauge rose just 4.5 percent the month prior on a year-over-year basis.
