Watch Sen. Ted Cruz filibuster on the Senate floor. He rose this afternoon in his fight to defund Obamacare. I am sure that the Republican establishment is choking on their filet mignon, but too bad. They should perhaps take notes, because the people love it.
Cruz is reading from letters that were sent to him and supporters, which tell of their hardships due to Obamacare and the unintended consequences that the law has had on the economy and people’s lives. He slammed some of the Republican lawmakers who claim to oppose Obamacare but ignore their constituents who vehemently oppose the law, but not because they are partisan, but because they are negatively impacted by the “train-wreck” of a law.
