DNC Crowd Yells “Traitor” at Michael Bloomberg, Delegates Turn Their Backs

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said he was going to deliver an “unconventional convention speech” at the DNC, but it wasn’t well-received. While he had some zingers prepared, they were met with turned backs and chants of “You ruined New York City!”

“There are times when I disagree with Hillary,” he told the crowd in his endorsement. “But whatever our disagreements may be, I’ve come here to say: We must put them aside for the good of our country. And we must unite around the candidate who can defeat a dangerous demagogue.”

“I’ve been a Democrat, I’ve been a Republican, and I eventually became an Independent because I don’t believe either party has a monopoly on good ideas or strong leadership,” he said. However, delegates were turning their backs and holding signs that read “racist” among other things, a protest to the former mayor’s policy of “stop and frisk,” which was ruled constitutional.

One delegate from Virginia was not impressed — overheard after Bloomberg speech saying, “This is really effective — one billionaire to another. Boring.”

  • America has now reached the point of diminishing returns. The PEOPLE, en masse, do not trust their government, their politicians, their institutions. The government is run by lobbyists, wall street venture capitalists and the Banks. They are all globalists, job killers, for open borders and cheap labor. This is a terrible outcome for the vast majority of Americans, who can no longer see a brighter future for themselves or their children.
