Someone Has To Stand Up To Rev. Al Sharpton And Other ‘Useful Idiots’

In light of the facts and evidence during the worst case of injustice thus far in the 21st century, someone has to stand up to Rev. Al Sharpton and the other “useful idiots.” No longer – because we are afraid of being labeled a racist – can we allow the monetary and despotic motivations of Rev. Al Sharpton & Co. to destroy the lives of men and women in our society, most of all, the very community he professes to represent.

The term “useful idiots” – for those who may not know – is widely and falsely attributed to Lenin, but nonetheless was used by the Soviets to address sympathizers in the West, who naïvely thought of themselves as an ally of the Soviet Union. In reality, they were actually held in contempt and were being used to achieve a tyrannical end, and were typically disposed of after their use had been exhausted.

Geraldo Rivera – who is Hispanic, and also happens to be a lawyer – had courageously contended that political pressure from the so-called Rev. Al Sharpton and Co. tainted our criminal justice system. Only after weighing the evidence and in the most respectful manner possible, because Geraldo has known and called Al Sharpton a friend for years, did he do something that few have had the courage to do – he told the truth.

It took zero time for the host of TV One’s daily morning show Roland Martin, which I understand may not sound familiar since it only has ten viewers daily, to pounce on Geraldo by claiming that he has been in the trenches of Sanford from the beginning. Rest assure, according to Roland Martin, the Rev. Al Sharpton had nothing whatsoever to do with the civil unrest that led to the bogus arrest of George Zimmerman. I guess this video below is a product of all of our imaginations? Nevertheless, listen to his claims, and think now to the evidence throughout the trial that clearly shows Al doing what he always does – talk about matters he knows nothing about.

Consequently, an honest police chief – wrongfully accused of corruption and racism – had to lose his job to obtain that arrest, just another community casualty to ensure Rev. Al Sharpton & Co. got their demanded injustice. The tweets below began the exchange:

I understand that Roland Martin has his own brand of race-baiting that plays well to Rev. Al Sharpton, who will no doubt be looking to one day pass off the race-baiting crown, but this was just the first in a series of tweets that just went on and on, and on and on and on, until I just could not stand it anymore. Predictably, they plastered what they described as a “blizzard of tweets” on a pathetic left-wing site (that doesn’t deserve to be linked here). Not that Geraldo needed me to come to his defense, but I decided to do a bit of baiting myself, and it worked:

It is so typical of the left to respond with names and the incessant repetition of abstract lies, but it speaks for itself:

Roland Martin claims he didn’t jump the gun so, I guess, this video where he chastises Rev. C.L. Bryant – the former head of the NAACP – for telling the truth about the arbitrary outrage of Rev. Al Sharpton is also a figment of our imagination. In the video, responding to Rev. C.L. Bryant’s ideological challenge, Martin hilariously claims that he is not a “liberal,” liberal Christian to be precise.

Not only did Martin and Sharpton jump the gun, but they stirred up unnecessary racial aspects of the case and generated many cases across the country where blacks attacked whites to avenge Trayvon Martin (e.g.,Gainesville, Florida; Oak Park, Illinois; Mobile, Alabama; Toledo, Ohio; Grand Rapids, Michigan; and Norfolk, Virginia). Does anyone wonder how the family who had the unfortunate luck of sharing the Zimmerman’s last name is doing after Spike Lee tweeted their address. Spike Lee’s idiocy resulted in them fleeing in terror from those who were attempting to cash in on the murder contract taken out on George Zimmerman by the New Black Panther Party, but I digress to Mr. Martin:

I was, of course, referring to the actual fact that the Justice Department gave the Rev. Al Sharpton financial resources and manpower to come down to Sanford and whip up good ole fashion social unrest built upon the foundation of racial hatred. As much coverage as that story has received over the last few days he knows full well, but because there was no way to respond to the fact that there is a paper trail – one of Roland Martin’s fans who also claims to be a man of God – decided to jump into the fray. Of course, and perhaps you can predict this, he decided to replace factual argument with race:

I was just waiting for that. Rather than explain my personal life – the fact that I am married to a Hispanic woman, and we have two beautiful “mixed-race” children together – I left it at that, satisfied that I had sufficiently made my point.

Aside from my heart breaking for Trayvon Martin’s parents, George Zimmerman’s parents, just as much as it breaks for George Zimmerman, who of course cannot bring Trayvon back by unjustly spending 30 years in a Florida prison, I am actually happy to have the opportunity to exploit these despicable people for who they really are.

In President Obama’s hometown, more teenage black Americans are dying than the amount of U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan. Where is Roland Martin and Rev. Al Sharpton on this tragedy? Rev. Jesse Jackson and his group have just recently “preached for peace” on the streets of Chicago, but the Jackson’s past efforts in Illinois ended up in a prison sentence for corruption, or robbing money. There was some appeal for more federal funding by inner-city officials, but let’s remember where the “bacon” went in Detroit:

Detroit Councilwoman JoAnn Watson, thinks President Obama owes the city some government “bacon” for supporting him in the 2012 election:

Our people in an overwhelming way supported the re-election of this president and there ought to be a quid pro quo and you ought to exercise leadership on that. That’s what you do. After the election of Jimmy Carter, the honorable Coleman Alexander Young [Detroit’s former mayor], he went to Washington, D.C. and came home with some bacon.

We know that community leaders want funding for mobilizing support among the black community, but it is what is done with that funding that should trouble black Americans. Remember Mayor Kilpatrick and his “band of merry men” robbing from the poor and giving to themselves?

Black leaders have failed their community, and it is the task of these false prophets of God to keep the black community downtrodden, and through social retribution keep them angry at white Americans just enough that they, themselves, are truly the lesser of the two evils.

But conservatives and indeed all in the Republican Party are to blame as well. For far too long they have been absent from the communities that need them the most – white and black communities. The tragic thing about the case is how many conservative commentators – out of fear of racial retribution during an election – claimed early on that Zimmerman had acted improperly. Mona CharenRich LowryHeather Mac Donald, Robert VerBruggen and Gregory Kane, all cowardly backed in to the little corner the progressive plantation has trained them to go when the black community needs them the most.

Recently, now that the facts have born themselves out, Rich Lowry tried to undo his error by writing a pandering piece that noted, “MSNBC tried and convicted Zimmerman, executed him by firing squad, then propped the body up at the defense table so it could do it all over again.” Yes, they did, but where the hell were you when they did?

It may be too late for George Zimmerman, and sadly, Lady Justice will weep for him if it is (although he was aquitted, he will never be totally free). However, it is never too late to help the black community break free of the legitimate persecution on the progressive plantation by elite whites who use so-called leaders, such as Rev. Al Sharpton to keep them unable to realize the American Dream.

Whether you are black, white, Hispanic or Asian, please join me in saying “no more profiting from racial division or racial persecution.” Someone has to stand up to Rev. Al Sharpton, who smears Dr. Martin Luther King’s good name and reverses his good deeds, which is why Dr. King’s family will not associate with him, even though MSNBC doesn’t want anyone to know that. We will never heal this nation’s racial wounds if we continue to allow those who profit from racial division to stick their fingers in those wounds.

With the August launch of the Institute for Civil Society site, and with your help, we can do more than just Blog about these injustices, we can begin to build an effective counter-argument. By getting into the communities and lives of those who need us the most, we can reduce susceptibility to hatred, ignorance and bias. This cannot be allowed to continue. Help us help society render the Rev. Al Sharpton, and others following in his footsteps, unnecessary in America!
