Lonnie Snowden, the father of the former NSA contractor Edward Snowden who leaked details of the government’s massive Internet – and phone-tracking programs made a powerful plea to his son to stop leaking, telling Eric Bolling of Fox News that “I hope, I pray” he does not do anything considered treasonous.
Heritage is responding to the ridiculous claim by the Washington Post that the national debt is no longer an issue, or as they deemed it, “the national debt is no longer growing out of control.” Lawmakers and liberals living inside the bubble that is the Washington Beltway are floating the notion that the $17 trillion in national debt is no longer a high priority any more. But the Heritage foundation is firing back:
In the latest CNN News poll President Barack Obama’s approval rating dropped 8% over the past month to 45%, which the lowest rating CNN has found in more than a year and a half. Inside the numbers, however, the poll is a disaster for more than just President Obama’s approval rating, but rather for the Democratic philosophy of big government.

During the signing event for the controversial “Merry Christmas Bill,” Texas Governor Rick Perry had a crystal clear message for Atheist activists who have their own crusade to take the church-state separatism to the extreme. He made it known that the U.S. Constitution does not guarantee “freedom from religion.”

Well, that was blunt and to the point, but frankly an unsurprising answer from the former Vice-President, in which he called the NSA Whistleblower a traitor. He also, later in the interview, stated that President Obama has no credibility to defend the government surveillance programs because of his past lies regarding the IRS, Benghazi and targeting of media officials.
