Another district court put the brakes on the Obama Administration who is attempting to force its conscience-violating mandate on unwilling employers. Many employers—religious, secular, nonprofit, and for-profit—view the mandate as a violation of their right to free exercise of their faith, and it is. According to Heritage, “this decision brings the scorecard of for-profit cases to 29–5, strongly favoring the free exercise of religion.”
How utterly refreshing to see Nancy Pelosi get a taste of her own bitter liberal medicine. At the annual Netroots Nation conference in San Jose, which gives “progressive voices…an online and in-person campus for exchanging ideas and learning how to be more effective in using technology to influence the public debate” according to its site, liberal hecklers yelled “Secrets and lies!” and “No secret courts!” and “Protect the First Amendment!”
