During an interview on ABC This Week, Donald Trump’s campaign chairman and chief strategist Paul Manafort ripped Mitt Romney for his comments at a conference in Utah. Gov. Romney, the failed 2012 GOP nominee and vocal critic of the presumptive nominee in 2016, said his heart was breaking watching Trump lead the party.
Manafort said Romney was a “loser” and the other “malcontents” in the Republican Party are “sitting in their cocoon away from the reality of the world.”
When asked about Meg Whitman, the former head of eBay and failed gubernatorial candidate in Calforia, comparing Donald Trump to Mussolini and Hitler at the same conference, Mr. Manafort called them “sore losers.”
“Well, I think they’re sitting in their cocoon, you know, away from the reality of the world. I mean, Donald Trump is none of those things. And this is sore losers,” he told Clinton ally turned-journalist George Stephanopoulos. “You know, Romney wanted to run, chose not to. He’s now attacking this past weekend all the other Republican who ran for president as well saying they should have done a better job. Well, if he feels that way he should have run. He was a coward.”

One has to wonder what Mitt is up to: (1) emotional? seriously, coming from a businessman who was so busy 'churning and burning' American jobs for his clients and, if I recall correctly, he seemed fairly 'stable' during his run in 2012, and (2) ask him to define 'what principles' is he referencing?
I agree. Is this payback to his donors, you know, considering he lost? Maybe.
Romney ran for presidency twice and FAILED BOTH TIMES. Remember when Candy Crowley abruptly corrected Romney re a statement he made in debate and Romney sat there, mouth closed, smiling, as Obama then jumped in and decimated him? Romney caved and we all saw it.
I am so angry that I even voted for Romney as now I see what a weak child he is. And he has stated that he never received any money when his father died. And so I did a little research and found that his father had set up Mitt via stocks, etc., when he became an adult. Mitt's wife stated that they survived college years via the stocks, etc., Mitt's father had given him.
He seems to be jealous of the support Trump has received and that is why he disagrees with anything Trump. Is Trump bombastic, loud, should Trump count to ten before answering questions, yes. BUT Trump got in this race to correct and redirect this nation. And so for the sore losers, shut the he-- up and get out of the way.
Regarding the Candy comment, I was pretty furious because Candy was wrong. Mitt was probably standing there in disbelief at the outrageous overstepping of a moderator. Look it up yourself. Obama lied and got away with it.
Mittens is a coward, why did he not run? He knew he wouldn't get the nomination, right wing Christian values don't score this election cycle.
